The Brewster Centre is where you can explore the impact of railways on the Upper Colne Valley and the people who lived, worked and fought in the communities served by the line.
There are two rooms in the Brewster Centre. One is located in a replica of Halstead station building that was built 50 years ago. The second room was funded through a Heritage Lottery Fund in award in 2016.
Both rooms have themed areas and this web site will allow you to learn more about each area, either as you walk through the museum or at other times.
